Gillians Land Consultants provides surveying services for both new construction projects and existing properties, including ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Subdivision Plats, Design Surveys, Topography, Construction Staking, Condominium Maps and Improvement Location Certificates.

All projects are managed by a Colorado Registered Land Surveyor to ensure all procedures meet the appropriate specifications. Regular interaction with Colorado municipalities and hard-won relationships with professionals from many disciplines of the Colorado community give our Survey team a unique advantage. Communication is an essential ingredient to our success. Insight into our customers needs is something we pride ourselves on.

Recent representative project experience includes: The Shores Filing No. 1 Subdivision Platting in Firestone, Topographic work for the King Soopers shopping center in Columbine Knolls, Jefferson County Colorado; Subdivision Platting and Construction Staking for Lincoln Creek Village in Parker; numerous ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys and Condominium Maps; Staking for a 5-mile long canal diversion system at Henderson Mill and other site services requested by Climax Molybdenum Company.  Gillians’ most unique service of late has been to provide Light Refraction Calculation and Angle Surveying to establish the placement of the commemorative medallion at the NREL Science & Tech Facility in Jefferson County, Colorado.
